Today, attorney Benjeman Nichols presented on a discussion panel for a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter. The seminar was entitled "Case Evaluation: Selecting and Settling Profitable Cases" and was designed to assist trial lawyers in evaluating the worth of their cases. At that seminar, Mr. Nichols discussed resources that are available to trial lawyers to assess case value, from initial intake to settlement. The three hour forum was held at the University Club at 76 E. Monroe St. in Chicago.
